Flavorcon 2019 has come and gone and, as always, Bedoukian was glad to be a part of the show. During this interactive conference, hundreds of flavor industry professionals gathered under one roof to participate in a series of interactive tastings, sensory sessions, and product demonstrations, allowing individuals the opportunity to build partnerships while gaining the insight and knowledge needed to continue to create innovative flavors for years to come.
Each year, Flavorcon continues to grow in size and this year was no exception with 70+ exhibitors and 500+ attendees! Over the course of two days, Bedoukian gave over 150 presentations and received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback on our booth, demos, and presentation collateral which paid homage to our founder, Dr. Paul Bedoukian.
At Paul’s Bar – Booth 114, Bedoukian offered an exciting array of cocktails and candies for evaluation and inspiration. And, while we didn’t manage to offer a Manhattan, Paul’s drink of choice, we would like to think he would have approved of the demos we did serve!
