Bedoukian Research, Inc. again presented some of its high-impact favor ingredients at the annual CSA New Jersey Roundtable.
The event, held on May 11, 2023, at the Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott, featured 25 companies presenting their materials to approximately 200 attendees. The roundtable format allowed groups to join a flavor supplier at their table and receive a 20-minute presentation on that supplier’s ingredients before moving onto another supplier’s table.
Bedoukian had a continuous flow of attendees to its table. They sampled three flavor ingredients: BRI #282 – 6-METHYL HEPTANAL, BRI #857 – LAVENDER ALDEHYDETM FCC, and BRI #352 – TRANS-2-OCTEN-1-AL FCC. These ingredients were presented in plain water, flavored drinks and on blotter. Attendees commented on the positive impact the Bedoukian ingredients had on the demonstrations.
