Bedoukian Benefitted from a Productive Flavourtalk Event

The Bedoukian Research team was excited to resume in-person participation in Flavourtalk.  This important industry event, organized by Flavour Horizons, Ld. in association with the British Society of Flavourists, was held at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel in London on March 22, 2023.

The format for the event was a roundtable which allowed suppliers of raw materials, like Bedoukian, to demonstrate their products directly to interested delegates.  Those attendees with interest in specific products were able to select the tables to visit and they could then join 20-minute presentations by the suppliers, sample ingredients and directly ask questions of the suppliers.  

29 suppliers participated by presenting their products, and approximately 100 delegates attended these presentations.  The demand for the event was evident by the fact that it was sold out with a long wait list.

Nathalie Leandri, Bedoukian’s Managing Director, EMEA, and also one of Bedoukian’s presenters at Flavourtalk commented, “This was a great event.  It allowed Bedoukian to connect with industry players which has not been easy to do these past few years.  The efficient format of Flavourtalk also allowed for presenters, like Bedoukian, to meet with many different companies during the course of the day.”  Nathalie Leandri continued, “The ingredients Bedoukian presented for tasting were well-received and we were so happy to have participated.  We look forward to continuing the conversations we started during Flavourtalk.”
